<ul><li>Undertake a leadership role as a Mechanical Supervisor, overseeing and coordinating mechanical construction activities for commercial projects, specifically in the context of supermarkets and hypermarkets, ensuring adherence to project specifications, quality standards, and deadlines.</li><li>Manage and supervise mechanical construction teams, effectively assigning tasks, allocating resources, and monitoring progress to ensure efficient and timely completion of project milestones.</li><li>Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, and engineers to interpret and implement mechanical design plans, ensuring accurate installation and maintenance of HVAC systems, plumbing, fire protection, and other mechanical components.</li><li>Conduct regular site inspections and quality control assessments, employing industry standards and best practices to ensure compliance, identifying and resolving any mechanical construction issues, and maintaining accurate documentation.</li><li>Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to procure mechanical equipment, materials, and services, overseeing delivery schedules, quality control, and budgetary considerations.</li><li>Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations, implementing hazard identification and risk mitigation measures to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel involved in the construction process.</li><li>Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems, coordinating with relevant stakeholders to ensure proper integration and functionality within the overall project timeline.</li><li>Collaborate with the project team to identify and resolve technical challenges, providing expert guidance and solutions to maintain construction progress and mitigate potential delays or obstacles.</li><li>Conduct regular meetings with the mechanical construction team and stakeholders, facilitating effective communication channels to address project-related queries, provide progress updates, and resolve any issues or concerns.</li><li>Act as a liaison between the project team and clients, maintaining strong communication channels to ensure client satisfaction, address feedback, and provide timely resolution to any mechanical-related inquiries or requests.</li></ul><p><br></p>
