·        To realize Annual Sales targets for Construction, Manufacturing & Warehouse Industry customers in MENA Region.

·        To develop and maintain close relationship with customers at various levels and user’s departments like Purchase, Stores, Finance, Production and Engineering/Design.

·        Responsible for key account management.

·        Responsible for Business Development activity – to develop new business opportunities and keep close track of competitor’s activities.

·        To be the first face to end customers for complaints and technical issues and getting hem resolved through support from head office.

·        To increase brand awareness and to promote product & service portfolio with customers in allocated region.

·        Closely monitoring sales development in the sectors and support sales engineers to enhance business.

·        Providing strategic direction of sectors specific requirements to Product management, Supply chain.

·        Identifying customer requirements and offering appropriate Solutions.

·        Interaction with Internal & External customer regarding product recommendations, service requirement, product development and quality documents.

·        Coordinating with Technical team for conducting Technical discussion at Customer s place for Automation approval/acceptance.

·        Execution of solutions to satisfy customer needs and expectations.

·        Opportunity management – Responsible to manage the business opportunity in the allocated sector.

 

In addition to the duties listed above, the position holder must carry out tasks assigned by his/her superior that are essentially related to his/her duties.

 

Your Qualifications (Critical Competency):

·        Good sense of responsibility, high self-motivation, effectiveness and loyalty.

·        Good leadership to foster and create team working environment for inspiring sales forces

·        Good communication skills with local and foreigner

·        Strong organizing capability of business management and marketing activities.

·        Good knowledge and experience in related market and bearing products

·        Strong ability of relevant application technology.

·        Good knowledge of project management

·        BE in Mechanical Engineering.

·        2 or more years of working in the relevant industry.

·        Sales / Engineering / Project / Marketing oriented.

·        Valid Driving Licence.
