Mechanical Inspector
Job Description
Eram Talent is currently seeking a Mechanical Inspector to join our client, a leading company in the Oil & Energy industry. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all mechanical equipment and machinery is inspected and complies with relevant codes and regulations.<p><br></p><strong>Responsibilities</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Conduct regular and thorough inspections of mechanical equipment and machinery to ensure compliance with codes and regulations</li><li>Monitor and assess the reliability and safety of equipment and machinery, troubleshooting any problems as they arise</li><li>Utilize a range of tools and inspection techniques to identify any defects or malfunctions</li><li>Create detailed reports of inspections and findings, providing recommendations for any necessary repairs or replacements</li><li>Communicate effectively with other members of the team regarding any issues or concerns with equipment or machinery</li><li>Keep records and documentation up to date and accurate</li><li>Ensure that all inspections and maintenance activities are completed in a timely and efficient manner</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Requirements</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>10+ years of experience in mechanical inspection</li><li>Relevant certification or training in mechanical inspection</li><li>Strong knowledge and understanding of codes and regulations related to mechanical equipment and machinery in the Oil & Energy industry</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Attention to detail and a meticulous approach to work</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li><li>Flexibility with regards to work schedule and availability for travel when required</li></ul>
