Enhance your technical skills while working closely with management and the rest of the team on multiple projects.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Main objectives of the function</u></strong></p><p><br></p><p>1. Monitor and control field team to support customers activities.</p><p>2. Tasks distribution to the field team in term of turrets operation, general Support and Overhaul Maintenance conducted at specialized facilities on John Cockerill Defense weapon.</p><p>3. Reporting and Report analysis to FMT and Management.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Activities</u></strong></p><p>-Performs MRO (Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul) activities, either in workshop, either on the field, according to the terms of contracts.</p><p>- support the correct use and maintenance of the customers turret systems.</p><p>- support the conduct of General (10/20 Level) and above maintenance, and to provide support and advice to the Government’s instructors.</p><p>- support Overhaul Maintenance Includes:</p><p><br></p><p>· repairs that require very specialized tools and test equipment.</p><p>· extensive and lengthy repair activities.</p><p>· overhaul and rebuild activities.</p><p><br></p><p>-Manages and control a team of Maintenance technician.</p><p>Are the technical point of contact of the customers on the field.</p><p>- Provide, through means of the adequate management system (MMIS / Technical Incident Report), all relevant information for starting the FRACAS procedure.</p><p>- Write mission status reports</p><p>- Supervising on the field maintenance team.</p><p>- POC between CMID LLC Management and field team.</p><p>- In field managing maintenance materials, consumables and needs.</p><p>- Responsible of in field safety aspects (PPE, Daily Safety Brief …).</p><p>- Provision all management documents required (Head Counts etc…).</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Mobility</u></strong></p><p><br></p><p>- Mobility required as activities can be scheduled in-country or as per required by management on a short/middle or long term mission.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Mandatory pre-requisites &amp; Skills</u></strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>You have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Mechanical or Electro -Mechanical engineering, or you are member of the armed forces (preferably with experience of electronics &amp; mechanical systems and / or with experience in direct firing weapon systems).</li><li>You have a good working knowledge of English &amp; Arabic (written and spoken).</li><li>must be able to write documents (reporting, technical documents, etc.) in both Arabic and English.</li><li>You must be proficient in the use of MS Office.</li><li>You feel comfortable in verbal communication with customer representatives.</li></ul>
