Job Description

<strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong><p><br></p>Designing of HVAC service for all types of systems (Chillers, District cooling, DX and VRF systems)<p><br></p>Designing of Plumbing systems (Water supply and Drainage services)<p><br></p>Designing of Firefighting systems.<p><br></p>Designing of Gas systems.<p><br></p>Perform cooling load calculations using carrier HAP software.<p><br></p>Perform all mechanical calculations (AC, Ventilation, Smoke ventilation, Firefighting, Water Supply, Drainage and Gas services), equipment selection and schedules.<p><br></p>Develop the mechanical design drawings in co-ordination with all other disciplines architectural, structural, ID etc.<p><br></p>Familiar with NFPA, ASHRAE, SMACNA, Dubai Municipality, DEWA, UAE Fire Code, TRAKHEES, DDA, Lootah Gas and/or other relevant international/local Codes and Standards.<p><br></p>Familiar with district cooling operator requirements (like EMPOWER, etc)<p><br></p><strong>KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:</strong><p><br></p>Minimum 5-8 years of experience working in top engineering consulting firms in Dubai.<p><br></p><strong>Minimum 5 Years Dubai Experience Is a Must.</strong><p><br></p>Experience in the HVAC software (HAP), AutoCAD, &amp; MS Office<p><br></p><strong>EDUCATION AND TRAINING</strong><p><br></p>Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering<p><br></p><strong>Vertical: Engineering</strong>
