<p><strong>Mechanical Design Engineer</strong></p><p>We are looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer to be part of our Mechanical Design team. You will part of a team that develop design from concept to IFC level of drawings. To perform well in this role you should have experience as a Mechanical Designer and knowledge around all Codes and Regulation that is followed in Saudi Arabia and internationally.</p><p><strong>Mechanical Design Engineer Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Creating designs for Mechanical systems based on engineering specifications and industry standards, using computer software applications such as AutoCAD and BIM and other software related to Mechanical systems .</li><li>Conducting surveys of existing facilities to determine the nature of Mechanical problems or issues that may need to be addressed during construction</li><li>Drafting preliminary drawings of Mechanical systems such as diagrams and floor plans showing where Mechanical systems HVAC, water supply, drainage, Fire Fighting will be placed in a building. as well designing the Mechanical systems for the site</li><li>Coordinating with architects and other designers to ensure that designs meet all applicable Mechanical codes and regulations.</li><li>Recommending materials and equipment based on cost and quality</li><li>Performing calculations and analyses to determine the most effective design for Mechanical systems</li><li>Consulting with architects, engineers, contractors, or other specialists involved in the design process to ensure that designs are feasible</li><li>Creating detailed designs of Mechanical systems such as HVAC, Water Supply, Drainage, Fire Fighting, Pumps and Medical Gas.</li></ul><p><strong>Mechanical Design Engineer Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.</li><li>Experience in Mechanical Design for Buildings and infrastructure for at least 8 years.</li><li>worked as an Mechanical Design Consultant.</li><li>Experience in local codes of Saudi Arabia and regulations.</li><li>Experience in following and maintaining workplace privacy.</li><li>Ability to give presentations.</li><li>Knowledge of BIM software and AutoCAD.</li><li>Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.</li><li>Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, teams and Outlook.</li></ul>
