Job Description

Reviewing architectural, structural & ID drawings for the purpose of developing Shop drawings.

Preparation of MEP Shop drawings from IFC design.

Preparation of MEP Service coordination.

Preparation of RCP coordination.

MEP Space planning.

Preparation of sections & details from scratch.

Document submission process support & follow up.

Ensuring Drawings are incompliance to local authority requirements & standards.

Preparing Equipment / load schedules

Preparing Schematic diagrams / Single line diagrams

Verifying IFC designs for the purpose of Shop drawing & raising discrepancies.

Preparation of Builders work drawings.

Preparation of Asbuilt drawings.

Preparation of Fabrication drawings.

Qualifications

Engineering, Diploma, ITI

Additional Information

Minimum 5-8 Years of experience.

Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD software.

knowledge of mathematics, engineering, and architecture.

Excellent technical design skills.

Good communication skills.

A keen eye for aesthetics and detail.

Interdisciplinary services coordination knowledge.
