Summary

Based in Dubai, the MEA Logistics Manager supports the development of the Kering Brands’ business by implementing and running best-in-class logistics solutions across the region (Middle East, Turkey, & Africa) in the areas of warehousing, transportation, customs, and trade compliance.
Leading the MEA Logistics Team, they run regional logistics operations ensuring the respect of agreed timings, costs, service levels and full compliance with all local laws, rules and regulations. They spearhead the integration of new flows, channels, and Brands in alignment with the global logistics and supply chain strategies, act as the key expert for logistics and correlated matters in the region and are the primary point of contact between Kering operations and Brands.

Key Requirements

  • Extensive experience in a similar managerial role in the Middle East, preferably within a Fashion / Luxury company or major Logistics Service Provider working in the Fashion / Luxury sector
  • Knowledge of customs operations and import/export particularities of the Fashion and Luxury industry required
  • Customer driven, proactive approach in finding innovative solutions
  • Ability to perform financial calculations and create and manage budgets
  • Data driven, structured mindset
  • Excellent problem solving and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Team player with experience in managing, organizing, developing, and growing their team
  • “Multi-tasking” approach with capability to define the right priorities
  • Ability and willingness to travel within the countries of the Region and periodically globally for corporate events
  • Fluent English spoken and written; Arabic is a large plus
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
