Our Client<br><br>A regional leader and a major international player in large scale energy projects<br><br>Your Responsibilities<br><ul><li>As part of the Asset Management department, the MCM role is to the overall management of the community facilities and infrastructure in accordance with the master community declaration and the applicable regulations of Abu Dhabi. </li><li>MCM is responsible for providing world-class community services and customer satisfaction, in addition to managing all operational aspects of the master community. </li><li>MCM is responsible for community governance (rules/regulations, tenant/owner guidelines, compliance with authorities, Community service charges, billing &amp; administration and asset management (asset registration maintenance, custodian of O&amp;M manuals, warranties, and insurances). </li><li>Lead the overall set-up and management of the Master Community function, policies &amp; procedures, guidelines, documentation, and processes. </li><li>Overall responsibility of financial management for Master Community Services, including complete budget management, promotion of revenue generating rate card services and the implementation of a successful community service charge model. </li><li>Drive a long-term community engagement strategy for the project through the use of a well- planned service charge model, the promotion of rate-card services and an innovative approach of new concepts and ideas. </li><li>Develop strategic objectives and critical success factors for Master Community Services and articulate these to all stakeholders. </li><li>Bring best practice to the planning and delivery of Master Community Services. </li><li>Overall responsibility for management of the relationships with owner association managers of 3rd party developments and ensure their compliance with legal/ statutory requirements, professional duties, responsibilities, and obligations. </li><li>Oversee the development &amp; implementation of key documentation such as community rules &amp; regulations, and 3rd party developers Guidelines to include the tenant community journey. </li><li>Lead the development and implementation of the master community service charge model. </li><li>Direct, manage and monitor the overall performance of the Master Community Service facility management providers. <br><br></li></ul><strong>Your Qualifications<br></strong><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or diploma in business leadership or related qualifications. </li><li>7+ years of experience within master community management in the UAE. </li><li>Demonstrate a working knowledge of leading successful master community management projects. </li><li>Excellent knowledge of facility and infrastructure management</li><li>Excellent knowledge of revenue-generating methods in relevant industry and ability to initiate new ideas</li><li>Extensive knowledge across the key operational divisions and departments as well as dependencies with other additional areas of the business. </li><li>Attention to detail and efficiency in accurate record-keeping and data analysis<br><br></li></ul>Halian Group<br><br>With over 20 years of experience, we have come to understand that innovation is the only way to provide agile, practical solutions that transform businesses and careers.<br><br>Our resourcing and smart services help you to realize tomorrow’s potential.
