Hyatt Regency Riyadh Olaya is seeking a passionate, skilled, and dedicated Massage Therapist to join our team at our luxury spa. As a Massage Therapist at Hyatt Regency Riyadh Olaya, you will provide exceptional treatments and services to our guests, ensuring a memorable experience that supports their overall well-being.
Responsibilities
- Deliver a variety of spa services (body treatments, massages, facials, waxing, and aromatherapy) in a safe and comfortable manner.
- Maintain a clean and hygienic treatment room in accordance with established standards and procedures.
- Assess clients’ needs and preferences, develop customized treatment plans, and provide expert advice on aftercare.
- Uphold the highest standards of guest privacy and confidentiality.
- Maintain detailed and accurate treatment records and client profiles.
- Collaborate with other spa professionals to ensure seamless guest experience.
- Participate in staff meetings, training, and product knowledge sessions as required.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times, providing exceptional customer service.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and standards, including health and safety regulations.
- Diploma or certification in Massage Therapy from a recognized institution.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Massage Therapist in a luxury spa or hotel environment.
- Knowledge of various massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, and prenatal massage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is an asset.
- Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to anticipate and exceed guests’ needs.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
