<p><strong><u>Job Summary</u>: </strong></p><p><em>The Marketing team enables sales of the company鈥檚 products and services by creating and executing marketing strategies that attract and retain customers.</em></p><p>As Marketing Specialist you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our lighting products and services. Your primary responsibility will be to support the development of new and existing products, increase brand awareness, and drive customer adoption.</p><p>You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including but not limited to product development and sales, to ensure alignment and achieve business objectives. In addition to the core responsibilities just outlined, you may be assigned additional tasks and projects by the Marketing Management. These tasks could vary based on the organization’s needs. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, possesses strong analytical skills, and has a deep understanding of the lighting industry, technology, and customer needs. The ability to effectively communicate, be flexible, and adapt to changing circumstances will be key to your success in this role.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Key Responsibilities:</u></strong></p><p>路 Collaborate with product development to develop comprehensive go-to-market new lighting products and feature updates.</p><p>路 Collaborate with other marketing team members and freelancer marketing stakeholders to create high-quality marketing collateral, including, but not limited to packaging, catalogues, product brochures, datasheets, manual instructions, application guides, and case studies.</p><p>路 Work closely with the creative team to develop visually appealing product presentations, videos, and demos.</p><p>路 Collaborate to produce compelling and informative content for websites, blogs, and social media platforms.</p><p>路 Enable the sales team with the necessary tools and resources to effectively sell our lighting products.</p><p>路 Develop sales training materials, presentations, and product demonstrations to educate the sales team on product features and benefits.</p><p>路 Stay up-to-date on the latest lighting technology advancements, industry trends, and customer preferences.</p><p>路 Provide insights and recommendations to the product development team based on market research, customer needs and industry trends.</p><p>路 Craft clear and persuasive product value propositions for different target audiences, including designers, contractors, and end-users.</p><p>路 Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive collaboration and achieve business goals. </p><p>路 Ensure that all marketing activities are in compliance with legal requirements, company policies and procedures.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Qualifications:</u></strong></p><p>路 Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field. A background in lighting technology or electrical engineering is a plus.</p><p>路 3+ years of experience in product marketing or a related role within the lighting industry.</p><p>路 Strong understanding of lighting technology, industry standards, and applications.</p><p>路 Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.</p><p>路 Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market research data and make data-driven decisions.</p><p>路 Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.</p><p>路 Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.</p><p>路 Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms and digital marketing channels.</p><p>路 Familiarity with product management methodologies and new product development processes within the lighting industry.</p><p>路 Flexibility and adaptability to changing circumstances.</p>
