The Company:
Little Melly serves parents with all the healthy food essentials they need for their baby from when they are 6 months to 6 years of age, with products including oat cereal, healthy kids snacks and freshly-cooked main meals.
Available both via subscriptions and through different points of sale such as pharmacies and organic stores, Little Melly was never about simply selling a product or service. Instead, with our team of specialists, ranging from Pediatricians to Nutritionists, we offer personalized support to parents throughout their feeding journey. We help parents make the right baby feeding decisions for their home and baby; there is no one size that fits all.
In the past four years, Little Melly’s team of 24 has grown thanks to hard-working members who feel the company is their own.

Job Description:
Social Media:
- Create a content calendar for all social media platforms, from fun and light communications to debatable and educational content
- Research content for social media communications
- Design select communications needed
- Brainstorm, execute, and manage all photography needs
- Respond to engagers on all platforms and help close sales
E-Commerce:
- Observe and analyze website visitor behavior
- Optimize website content, flow, and design
- Write blog posts optimized for SEO
- Supervise and monitor ads performance
- Monitor website performance and analytics on a weekly basis
- Manage all product details on the website and other selling platforms
Events:
- Plan for various holidays, events and celebrations both online and offline
- Budget, plan and execute all needs for events, sampling and campaigns
Market Research:
- Monitor marketing strategies from various brands, both local and global
- Visit points of sale on a regular basis for idea generation
Skills
Requirements / Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree – a marketing major is a plus
- 2 years of experience in the marketing field
- Passion for Social Marketing
- Excellent English
- Organization and time management
- Creativity
- Design skills are a plus
