<p>Looking for a rewarding opportunity to utilize your receptionist and marketing skills? Join our team at a prominent global enterprise software provider headquartered in Houston, Texas. We are currently hiring a talented individual to fill the role of a Marketing Specialist. The first 3 months will be remote working, and after this period, the position will transition to an onsite role.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Marketing Specialist Duties:</strong></p><ul><li>Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective marketing strategies.</li><li>Conduct market research to identify potential customers, industry trends, and competition.</li><li>Assist in creating marketing collaterals such as brochures, presentations, and promotional materials.</li><li>Manage and maintain the company’s online presence through its website and social media platforms.</li><li>Plan and coordinate marketing events and webinars to boost lead generation and brand awareness.</li><li>Support the creation and distribution of email marketing campaigns and newsletters.</li><li>Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing efforts and provide valuable reports and recommendations.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Receptionist Duties:</strong></p><ul><li>Warmly welcome and greet visitors and clients with a professional demeanor.</li><li>Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, and redirect them to the appropriate departments or individuals.</li><li>Efficiently manage meeting and appointment schedules for the team.</li><li>Ensure the reception area is well-maintained, reflecting a positive image of the company.</li><li>Provide support with general administrative tasks and assist various departments as needed.</li><li>Coordinate office supplies and communicate with vendors for restocking.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>A Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.</li><li>Prior experience in receptionist roles and/or marketing (internship or entry-level experience will be considered).</li><li>Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English, both written and verbal.</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members and clients.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office applications and comfortable with digital marketing tools.</li><li>Proactive, self-driven, and capable of taking initiative to accomplish tasks independently.</li><li>Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail.</li><li>A creative mindset and a passion for marketing and technology.</li><li>Understanding market trends would be advantageous.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>If you are a proactive individual with a passion for receptionist duties and marketing, we encourage you to apply and be a part of our innovative team.
