As a small, late-stage angel, pre-series A startup, we are passionate about making a positive impact in women’s lives and are seeking talented individuals to join our growing team.</p><p><br></p><p>Role Overview:</p><p>We are currently seeking a dynamic and versatile Marketing All-Rounder to join our team at our Jumeirah Clinic in Dubai. This role will play a crucial part in driving our marketing efforts, specifically focusing on demand generation and lead qualification. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of marketing experience, with a strong background in HubSpot-based marketing automation and campaign execution. We value individuals who embody our core values of hard work, integrity, positivity, adaptability, versatility, dexterity, speed, resilience, and customer focus.</p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><p><br></p><p>Independently run inbound and outbound marketing activities to increase the number of suspects and convert them into prospect leads.</p><p>Utilize HubSpot marketing automation and configuration to create and execute demand generation campaigns.</p><p>Create compelling and engaging copy for various corporate marketing collateral and channels, ensuring consistent messaging and brand tone.</p><p>Collaborate with the team to develop creative designs and visuals that align with our brand identity.</p><p>Implement and manage partner referral programs to drive customer acquisition and brand awareness.</p><p>Leverage event management skills to plan and execute impactful marketing events and webinars.</p><p>Collaborate closely with the Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to increase the pipeline of qualified leads.</p><p>Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), with a primary focus on the number of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) generated.</p><p>Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, implementing innovative marketing strategies to drive growth.</p><p><br></p><p>Requirements:</p><p><br></p><p>1-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in the tech or healthcare sector.</p><p>Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with HubSpot marketing automation and configuration.</p><p>Proven track record in ideating and executing successful demand generation campaigns, both digital and real-world, on bootstrap/shoestring budget with no to little AdSpend.</p><p>Exceptional English copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling messaging and content.</p><p>Creative eye for design, ensuring visual assets align with our brand identity and resonate with our target audience.</p><p>Familiarity with enterprise B2B selling situations and experience in complex sales integration.</p><p>Strong understanding of value-based selling methodologies, preferably in a monthly subscription-based model (SAAS or similar).</p><p>Proficiency in event management, with the ability to plan and execute impactful marketing events and webinars.</p><p>Exposure to partner referral programs and their role in customer acquisition.</p><p>Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects, while also collaborating effectively within a team.</p><p>Located in Dubai, as this is not a remote position.</p><p><br></p><p>Benefits:</p><p><br></p><p>Competitive monthly on-target earnings (OTE) ranging from 11,100 AED to 22,200 AED, with potential for overachievement bonuses.</p><p>Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in women’s health and wellbeing.</p><p>Joining a diverse and inclusive team that values hard work, integrity, and positivity.</p><p>Perks and benefits package offered to employees.</p><p>A supportive and collaborative work environment that promotes personal and professional growth.</p><p><br></p><p>If you are passionate about women’s health, have a strong marketing background, and thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced startup environment, we would love to hear from you right away!
