CloudLink, a leading IT company, is seeking a creative and data-driven Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating marketing content and distributing it effectively. You will help us create a strong brand presence with innovative promotional offerings, online and offline marketing campaigns, and marketing events. You will collaborate with the sales team to ensure that your marketing efforts support their sales efforts. Finally, your analytical skills will assist you as your monitor and report on the success of your marketing efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that align with our business objectives and target audience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging content for social media, email marketing, blogs, and other platforms.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement.
- Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Manage the company’s social media presence, ensuring consistency in brand messaging and engagement with our audience.
- Support the development of marketing collateral, including presentations, brochures, and promotional materials.
- Coordinate with external agencies and partners as needed to execute marketing initiatives.
- Assist in organizing and executing marketing events, webinars, and trade shows.
- Contribute to ongoing marketing strategy development and refinement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of marketing principles, concepts, strategies, and best practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for various marketing channels.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management platforms, and email marketing software.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and content management systems (CMS) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to derive insights from data and make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines and work independently or as part of a team.
- Familiarity with design software (Adobe Creative Suite or similar) is a plus.
