<p>Our Client, a Leading Financial Services company is looking out for a strong Marketing Professional to be based at Kuwait. The person should be able to have bilingual proficiency- English and Arabic. The position reports to the General Manager.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Profile Requirement: </strong></p><p>The individual should be a strong Marketing professional with experience in Financial Services or Retail sector with excellent bilingual skills and understanding of the Kuwait / GCC market. The individual would be working very closely with the General Manager to develop Strategies to enhance the branding in the region leading to business and revenue growth.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Purpose:</strong></p><p>This position would be responsible for preparing the marketing annual calendar and developing, implementing and executing strategies that will meet company’s goal. Overseeing the hiring and training of the sales and marketing team to ensure the effectiveness to deliver increased sales performance. </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><span>Carry out market research to gain a clear understanding of what the customers are demanding and what competitor are doing. </span></li><li>Developing marketing strategies to outline the company will promote and sell services and maintaining a competitive edge over its competitors and maximize profits </li><li>Plan and execute quarterly marketing calendar and enhance the presence of the company’s social accounts, promote products and build the brand awareness</li><li>Coordinate and plan events in corporation with company’s main partners in the market</li><li>Communicates, negotiates with various media, advertising agencies, printing houses, and other services to help marketing projects come alive</li><li>Oversees the creative development of promotional materials, website content, social media accounts and advertisements</li><li>Tracks all marketing and sales data and creates detailed written reports and verbal presentations to bring to management</li><li>Work within the allocated budget to develop cost-effective marketing plans for each service offered.</li><li>Working alongside Branch Operations by building marketing strategies, promotions to increase footfall in the branches. </li><li>Supervise marketing team to ensure execution of marketing strategies are bringing desired results. </li><li>Drive marketing team to achieve targets set (If any). </li><li><span>Raise brand awareness through the creation of marketing campaigns</span></li><li>Develop strategies to increase customer base corridor wise.</li><li>Liaise with Operation Team to ensure proper implementation of marketing campaigns.</li><li>Tracking effectiveness of marketing campaigns and reporting findings to the executive team.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>People Management:</strong></p><ul><li>Ensure proper motivation and coaching for sales and marketing team</li><li>Ensure team receives necessary training and development as per job level to reflect on their capabilities and customer service. </li><li>Succession plan in place and implementing properly. </li><li>Coordinate with training Department to maintain providing proper courses to the team</li><li>Review and approve employees’ annual appraisal in line with HR’s policies and procedures.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p>
