<p>Guildhall is supporting a valuable client with a critical position that will be the cornerstone of all marketing for the brand. We are looking for a Marketing Manager with a strong background in the Fashion and Apparel Industry that is ready to totally disrupt the ladies speciality wear segment,</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong>:</p><ul><li>Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer preferences, and integrate these findings into our marketing strategies.</li><li>Develop and implement effective marketing plans and campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and customer retention.</li><li>Manage our social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement, to enhance brand visibility and improve audience engagement.</li><li>Create compelling and engaging written and visual content for marketing materials, including website copy, blog posts, emails, and advertisements.</li><li>Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, such as designers and influencers, to create cohesive and impactful marketing campaigns.</li><li>Monitor and analyze key marketing performance metrics, such as website traffic, social media engagement, and conversion rates, and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.</li><li>Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in marketing to ensure the continuous improvement and effectiveness of our marketing efforts.</li><li>Develop and execute effective PR communication strategies, including the creation and dissemination of press releases, and maintain relationships with journalists and media outlets.</li><li>Plan, execute, and coordinate various events to promote our brand and increase brand awareness.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Proven 3-5 years’ experience as a Marketing Executive or in a similar role, preferably within the fashion or apparel industry.</li><li>Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies, with a track record of executing successful marketing campaigns across various channels.</li><li>Proficiency in social media management, including content creation, scheduling, and analytics.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and persuasive marketing content.</li><li>Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing software.</li><li>Creative thinker with a strong eye for design and attention to detail.</li><li>Self-motivated and able to work independently, with excellent time management and organizational skills.</li><li>A degree in Marketing, Communications, Arts, Fashion, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.</li><li>Additional skills in graphic design, photography, or videography are a plus.</li><li>A high level of proficiency in English, ideally as a native or mother tongue speaker due to significant international campaigns </li></ul><p><br></p><p>Guildhall is highly regarded as the best recruitment agency in Dubai.
