A leading Medical Devices company is actively recruiting a Marketing Manager to be based in Dubai.

The main responsibilities will include:

  • Developing marketing strategies for new products
  • Evaluating and optimizing pricing strategies
  • Analyzing market trends and preparing forecasts
  • Increasing brand awareness and market share
  • Responsible for planning product launches and events
  • Coordinating marketing strategies with the sales, financial, public relations, and production departments
  • Developing and managing budgets
  • Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns
  • Preparing and presenting reports to senior management.
  • Keeping informed of marketing strategies and trends
  • Hiring, training, and managing the Marketing team

Skills

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

  • Degree in Lifesciences, engineering, healthcare IT, or related field
  • 7 years’ experience in Marketing Management within Healthcare IT
  • Experienced in building brand awareness and recognition
  • Must have strong local market experience
  • Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding
  • Creative thinker, with strong leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English – Arabic would be advantageous!
