A leading Medical Devices company is actively recruiting a Marketing Manager to be based in Dubai.
The main responsibilities will include:
- Developing marketing strategies for new products
- Evaluating and optimizing pricing strategies
- Analyzing market trends and preparing forecasts
- Increasing brand awareness and market share
- Responsible for planning product launches and events
- Coordinating marketing strategies with the sales, financial, public relations, and production departments
- Developing and managing budgets
- Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns
- Preparing and presenting reports to senior management.
- Keeping informed of marketing strategies and trends
- Hiring, training, and managing the Marketing team
Skills
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
- Degree in Lifesciences, engineering, healthcare IT, or related field
- 7 years’ experience in Marketing Management within Healthcare IT
- Experienced in building brand awareness and recognition
- Must have strong local market experience
- Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding
- Creative thinker, with strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English – Arabic would be advantageous!
