About the job

The individual will be required to manage the marketing team and spearhead the department. He/She should be able to manage marketing campaigns based on marketing strategies to identify key demographics pertaining to the industry to have a competitive edge

Responsibilities:

  • Approves and oversees the creative development of promotional materials, advertisements, and other marketing-related projects
  • Strategy development and planning of campaigns that can promote the business and generate genuine traffic (both offline and online) for retail and corporate divisions
  • Implementation of marketing campaigns right from ideation to final analysis and refinement
  • Creating engaging and informative content for the website, blog, social media, and any other content marketing channels that the business might leverage
  • Assesses and identifies department requirements and formulates a department budget to develop cost-effective marketing plans for each product or service
  • Overseeing the company’s attendance at events, such as trade shows, summits, conferences, and festivals.
  • Research and analyze market trends, demographics, competitor products, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies
  • Liaise with stakeholders and vendors to promote marketing activities and enhance the company’s market presence
  • Monitoring and improving SEO optimization to ensure maximum exposure through online platforms
  • Building sustainable relationships and partnerships with other key players such as vendors, advertising agencies, and creative artists as per the need

Education:

Graduate degree in Marketing (Master’s in marketing Preferred)

Experience:

Minimum 4-5 years of experience in marketing with a bank/foreign exchange
