<p>Deerfields Mall is seeking a dynamic and versatile <strong>Marketing Manager</strong> <strong>with expertise in digital marketing and strategic planning</strong>. Join our team and play a key role in shaping our mall’s online presence and marketing strategies!</p><p> </p><p>Key responsibilities in digital marketing include overseeing the mall’s online presence, planning and executing digital campaigns across multiple channels, using digital analytics for performance tracking and customer insights, staying updated with digital trends, coordinating with external agencies, and managing the mall’s content strategy. The manager also focuses on enhancing the customer experience on digital platforms, optimizing SEO and usability, and driving footfall through lead generation and conversion strategies.</p><p> </p><p>In terms of marketing strategy, the manager is responsible for setting budgets and KPIs, aligning marketing activities with Operations, Leasing, and Finance departments, and reporting to senior management. They also develop and implement B2B and B2C strategies, foster business partnerships, focus on tourism development, create promotional materials, and collaborate with retail tenants.</p><p> </p><p>The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a comprehensive understanding of both online and offline marketing.</p><p> </p><p><strong>1. Digital marketing specialty </strong></p><p> </p><ul><li>Managing all aspects of the mall’s online presence and reputation, ensuring it aligns with the overall marketing strategy.</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>Planning, executing, and measuring the performance of digital marketing campaigns across various channels.</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>Advertising, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>Using digital analytics tools to track and analyze the performance of campaigns and to gain insights about customer behavior and preferences.</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>Staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies and implementing them as required.</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>Coordinating with external agencies for SM digital marketing activities.</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>Developing and managing the mall’s content strategy, ensuring it is engaging, informative, and up-to-date on the website and various digital platforms.</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>Overseeing the creation, distribution, and analysis of customer surveys and feedback on digital platforms to improve the overall customer experience.</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>Optimizing website and social media channels for SEO and usability.</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>Working on lead generation and conversion optimization strategies to drive more footfall and enhance the sales performance of the mall.</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>Overall, as a digital marketing specialist, this role requires in-depth knowledge of the digital landscape, excellent analytical skills, and an ability to translate data into actionable marketing strategies.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>2. marketing strategy</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Developing and implementing an annual budget, alongside setting KPIs for the marketing team.</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>Ensuring inter-departmental alignment between Operations, Leasing, and Finance departments.</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>Preparing and presenting regular performance reports to senior management and stakeholders.</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>Spearheading the development and execution of both B2B and B2C marketing strategies.</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>Cultivating business partnerships, collaborations, and integrating marketing activities with other industry players.</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>Focusing on tourism development by creating partnerships with Hotel concierge, Tour Bus Operations, Abu Dhabi Tourism, Airports, and other entities.</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>Overseeing the creation of promotional materials such as discount booklets and goodie bags.</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>Planning and implementing all marketing activities based on an approved annual calendar.</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>Collaborating with retail tenants for campaign integration.</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>Overall, this role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of both offline and online marketing.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications/ Requirements:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in marketing, finance, business administration, or similar.</li><li>A master’s degree in a relevant field will be advantageous.</li><li>At least two years’ experience as a marketing manager.</li><li><strong>The candidate should be bilingual both English and Arabic.</strong></li><li>Proficiency in electronic marketing automation software such as HubSpot Marketing and Bitrix24.</li><li>Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.</li><li>Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.</li><li>Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Strong time management and organizational abilities.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>3-5 years mall experience in the Marketing Department of Retail / Shopping Mall is needed.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Interested candidates please apply directly or send the resume to<strong> fatemeh@deerfieldsmall.com</strong> with subject “Marketing Manager”</p><p><br></p><p>#MarketingManager #DigitalMarketing #StrategicPlanning #JoinOurTeam #DeerfieldsMall</p>
