It strives to supply and sell a variety of products that cater to local and regional markets at competitive prices<p><br></p><strong><u>What Will You Do</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance the company’s brand image and achieve business objectives.</li><li>Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities, and use the insights to drive marketing initiatives.</li><li>Create and execute innovative marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, social media, advertising, events, and public relations.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing collateral, such as brochures, presentations, and promotional materials, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.</li><li>Manage the company’s online presence, including website content, social media platforms, and email marketing campaigns, to engage customers and generate leads.</li><li>Monitor marketing analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs), evaluate campaign effectiveness, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with media partners, industry influencers, and stakeholders to maximize brand exposure and secure strategic partnerships.</li><li>Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging marketing technologies to drive continuous innovation and stay ahead of the competition.</li><li>Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>What Do They Expect From You</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree would be an advantage.</li><li>Proven experience of at least 5 years in marketing, with a focus on developing and executing successful marketing strategies.</li><li>Strong knowledge of digital marketing techniques, social media platforms, and marketing analytics tools.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
