We are hiring!<br>Seventy8 Sports was founded ‘by fans, for fans’. Our mission is to create memorable experiences that bring people closer to their icons. We work with some of the best known brands on the planet, which means the standards of our team need to be exceptionally high. To help us with our mission, we are looking to recruit Marketing Manager to join the team and take our marketing campaigns to the next level.<br> <br>You will report to the CEO as a vital member of the Senior Leadership Team. The core purpose of your role is to excite the fans of the amazing brands we work with, by ensuring that we are always relevant, engaging and motivating in the way we communicate with them. <br> <br>A full role profile is attached. To join us you will need the following;<br>•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing or Communications related discipline.<br>•5 to 8 years experience in marketing roles and a demonstrable track record of growing brands offline and online.<br>•Detailed working knowledge of 360 integrated marketing activity planning and execution across all offline and online activation channels.<br>•A strong focus on planning, KPI’s and budget control, combined with an ability to act flexibly and adapt to a rapidly evolving environment.<br>•Knowledge of the nuances of the GCC region, consumer behaviours, buying patterns and preferences, plus the willingness to travel to learn further.<br>•Proficiency in English is a must, Arabic is desirable.<br>•The willingness to travel to learn further.<br>•A team player aligned with our values, who is happy to get involved in the day-to-day detail as well as collaborate with colleagues to deliver operational excellence.<br>•A customer/fan obsessed individual, with a passion for sports (it doesn’t have to be football…) who can translate this passion and memorable fan moments into actionable campaigns.<br>•You must be up for a challenge, it will be exciting and fun, but very hard work!<br>Salary: AED20/25k <br><br> <br>Interviews will be in two stages. The first stage will be online, the second in person with a panel and a will also include a 20 minute presentation.
