Job Description
<p>We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Manager to develop and execute effective marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive sales and engage consumers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of consumer behaviour, market trends, and industry best practices.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Strategies and implement marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.</li><li>Conduct market research to identify consumer needs and preferences and use that information to inform marketing decisions.</li><li>Manage and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to email, social media, POS, merchandising, trade marketing, in-store activities, paid advertising, and events.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and design, to ensure that marketing efforts align with overall business goals.</li><li>Collaborate and follow up with distributors and their teams to ensure our campaigns have solid execution and meet all deadlines.</li><li>Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies as necessary.</li><li>Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively.</li><li>Work closely with our graphic designer to fulfil ad-hoc design requirements made by distributors.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>4+ years of experience in marketing.</li><li>Strong understanding of marketing concepts, market research, segmentation, and targeting.</li><li>Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.</li><li>Excellent communication and leadership skills.</li><li>Ability to analyze data and use insights to inform marketing decisions.</li><li>Experience in managing budgets and allocating resources.</li><li>Familiarity with marketing automation software and CRM tools.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>If you are a strategic thinker with a passion for marketing and a proven track record of success, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity to lead our marketing team and drive business growth.</p>
