Job Scope<br><br>The role of the Marketing Manager is to enhance Foody’ s brand image by developing a strategy of promotion that is aligned with the organization’s vision, mission and values.<br><br>Main Duties and Responsibilities<br><br>Understand and enhance Food’s products/services and brand image.<br><br>Analyse the competition and the competitors’ strengths and weaknesses.<br><br>Understand the market needs and identify opportunities and threats.<br><br>Develop the yearly business plan of the Marketing department.<br><br>Interact with other departments in order to understand their needs.<br><br>Build and manage a highly motivated team.<br><br>Coordinate with the Sales department to understand the market’s inclination.<br><br>Promoting our brand at trade shows and major industry – related events.<br><br><br>Qualification<br><br>Bachelor degree in Marketing <br><br>A Master degree in a relevant field will be advantageous.<br><br>At least 3-5 years’ experience as a Marketing manager.<br><br>Leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.<br><br>Exceptional analytical and problem solving.<br>Strong time management and organizational abilities.
