<p>We are looking for a passionate <strong>Marketing Manager </strong>to plan and oversee the organization’s marketing activities and campaigns. He will be responsible for planning, developing and directing the marketing efforts by effectively managing all activities related to marketing, advertising and marketing research, and utilizing market penetration understanding, setting and executing company marketing strategy. He will be the one to ensure that all marketing operations are successful in meeting the goals set by the management. If you got what it takes we would love to meet you.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Responsibilities:</u></strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Implementation and manage the overall Marketing Plans, Operations and strategies</li><li>Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in industry events and gatherings.</li><li>Demonstrate technical knowledge of company services.</li><li>To build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on delivery to customers, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity.</li><li>Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values.</li><li>Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments.</li><li>Need to demonstrate the ability to interact and cooperate with all partner’s marketing EBU employees</li><li>To conduct market research in order to identify market requirements for current and future products\services.</li><li>Work very closely with marketing partners build strategic relationships and push company’s product/services for execution and introduction to the market.</li><li>Preparing periodic reports with respect to the Marketing function’s activities and achievements</li><li>Eloquent, tactful and natural public speaker; makes complex ideas and situations easy for others to understand.</li><li>Actively seeks information, new methodologies and updates own knowledge through referring to credible sources of information and knowledge outlets.</li><li>Empowers team members and observes them closely; intervenes and directs them when needed to ensure their rise up to expectations.</li><li>Bears the responsibility of taking decisions to move things forward and acts promptly to address urgent needs.</li><li>Demonstrates the ability to utilize own leadership skills in recognizing and nurturing others’ potential, skills and capabilities.</li><li>Understands the financial impact of activities and decisions, works within approved budget, and demonstrates responsibility in the use of human and physical resources, and contributes to building a culture of cost awareness.</li><li>Prepares, justifies and/or estimates costs associated with initiatives/ operations/ projects to set priorities and track expenses.</li><li>Develops realistic and achievable operational goals and objectives.</li><li>Promote company’s brand at a larger scale by utilizing marketing skills and abilities</li><li>Organize and attend marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness</li><li>Makes strategic decisions and suggests improvements depending on market data analysis and interpretation, identifies various factors in the market impacting company’s growth and its strategic direction.</li><li>Plan advertising and promotional campaigns for products or services on a variety of media ATL &amp; BTL i.e. (social, print, TV etc.)</li><li>Review &amp; Oversee contents for the variety of platforms to raise awareness about company and products</li><li>Prepare marketing budget and monitor expenses.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Skills Required:</strong></p><ul><li>Strong Presentation Skills</li><li>Content Writing</li><li>Email Marketing</li><li>Writing Blog Posts</li><li>Social Media Marketing</li><li>Events Arrangements</li><li>Internal &amp; External Marketing Activities</li><li>Public Relations Activities</li><li>Digital Marketing</li><li>SEO</li><li>SMS Marketing</li><li>Designing skills</li><li>B2B Marketing</li><li>B2C Marketing</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Requirements and skills:</u></strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Saudi Only</li><li>Bachelor degree in Marketing or equivalent</li><li>8 years of proven experience in a related field and 4 years in a Supervisory role</li><li>Strong English language fluency</li><li>Well versed in managing marketing plans &amp; compaigns, and leading the team</li><li>Review blogpost, email marketing, and oversee social media contents</li><li>Excellent knowledge of MS Office and marketing software (e.g. CRM)</li><li>Creativity and commercial awareness</li><li>A team player with a customer-oriented approach</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Marketing Tools: </strong></p><ul><li><strong>Canva</strong></li><li><strong>MS Office</strong></li><li><strong>Google Analytics</strong></li><li><strong>Google Adwords</strong></li><li>Photshop</li><li>Indesign</li><li>Adobe Illustrator &amp; After Effects</li><li>SEO</li><li>Microsoft Power BI</li></ul>
