<p><span>The Marketing Manager will develop, execute, and oversee the overall brand and marketing strategy including tactical implementation. This is a hands-on position that will develop multi-channel, marketing programs, including email campaigns, social media, conferences and events, PR releases, website, and inbound strategies. </span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><span>This person will bring passion and new ideas to the table, understand the value of ROI and how to measure the impact of marketing, and be willing to work across all levels to achieve goals. This position will work closely with members of the marketing, creative, business development, and leadership teams.</span></p><p> </p><p><strong>Main Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Create annual and quarterly marketing plans and targets for our new and existing markets.</li><li>Identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness through better audience segmentation, marketing techniques, and processes.</li><li>Create and implement a social media content calendar.</li><li>Design and execute our go-to-market strategy across all target audiences.</li><li>Manage content creation across all categories – blogs, case studies, videos, etc. including writing content on behalf of our leaders.</li><li>Oversee all conference/event marketing strategy and tactical implementation of pre, post, and onsite marketing involvement.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing/Advertising (or related field of study) required</li><li>Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role.</li><li>Experience in Google AdWords, email campaigns, and SEO/SEM.</li><li>Strong writing and editing skills as well as verbal communication skills in both English & Arabic.</li><li>Very organized and able to manage time, and relationships, schedule multiple meetings, and stay on top of multiple communications.</li></ul>
