Plan, develop and direct marketing efforts to increase the value and performance of the brand; not limited to the brand value & equity, brand positioning, brand experience, market share, profitability within Majid Al Futtaim Entertainment<p><br></p><strong>ROLE PROFILE</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Assist With Planning And Executing The Annual Marketing Plan</li><li>Implement All The Brand Marketing Activities And Coordinate With All The Stakeholders In The Different Departments And Suppliers/Agencies</li><li>Keep Up To Date With Customer Trends, As Well As Trying To Predict Future Trends</li><li>Assisting With Pricing And Offerings Development/ New Services/Products Launches As Well As Developing New Business Opportunities Based On Understanding For Competitive Offerings, Consumer Insights And Profitability Exercise With Ops And Finance Teams</li><li>Lead And Oversee The Brand Digital Performance; Online Booking, Website And Social Media Platforms And Ensure That Weekly/Daily Content Is In Line With The Brand Digital Marketing Plans And Monthly Kpis Are Set Against Quarterly/Annual Plans And Met</li><li>Continuous Tracking And Delivering On Consistency In Branding, Collaterals Planning, Development, Pos Requirement And In-Venue Branding In Coordination With Operations Teams</li><li>Implement Loyalty Programs</li><li>Manage Agencies/Suppliers Fairly, Firmly And Friendly β¦ Work On Developing The Relationship For Best Outcomes; Plan Ahead, Clear Briefs, Realistic Deadlines</li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>Requirements</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Minimum 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Similar Industry.</li><li>Previous Experience In Brand Management, Social Media Campaigns, Organizing Events And Activations</li><li>Analytical Skills & Ambitious</li><li>Excellent Command Of English Language, Arabic Is A Plus., Excellent Computer Literate</li><li>Able To Maintain Good Relationships With Colleagues And External Contacts, Hands On Attitude</li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>What We Offer</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>At Majid Al Futtaim, weβre on a mission to create great moments, to spread happiness, to build, experiences that stay in our memories for a lifetime.
