<p>Our client, one of the leading international operators in the regulated gaming sector, is seeking for a <strong> Marketing Manager.</strong> for their newly established hub in Tunis.</p><p><br></p><p>The Marketing Manager is in charge of defining and implementing the Marketing plan (market analysis, determination of targets, action plan, choice of advertising axes, etc.) and implements operations with the aim of building the most satisfying brand and product portfolio experience for the customer across the channels and maximize the revenue. This also includes the omnichannel marketing strategy and operations – including research and benchmarks, go-to-market off/online, digital and social strategy, campaign communication ATL/BTL/Digital, media plan &amp; spending, promo plan, trade initiatives etc -.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What you’ll do:</strong></p><p><br></p><p>You will define and implement the Marketing plan, drawing up the omnichannel marketing strategy, including digital/social and retail plans and its budget.</p><p>β–ͺ You will manage the product portfolio, run the launch and go-to-market of new games and functionalities.</p><p>β–ͺ You will defining the best UX/UI experience for the online channel, including the CRM process, and the retail costumer experience.</p><p>β–ͺ You will run the Communication campaign (ATL/BTL/Digital/Social) and PR activities, identifying, and coordinating the agencies; managing the media plan its expenditure.</p><p>β–ͺ You will set the marketing objectives and KPI, monitor the results and manage the marketing, trade, and digital budget.</p><p>β–ͺ You will identify new market and product opportunities, studying the competition (benchmarking) and analysing and anticipating players’ needs and expectations.</p><p>β–ͺ You will develop and implement the promotional activities across the channels.</p><p>β–ͺ You will set-up KPI’s and dashboards intended for performance management.</p><p>β–ͺ You will measure and analyse the impact of each action across the channels and adjusting the strategy.</p><p>β–ͺ You will ensure the deployment of the Safer Gambling strategy working with the international and local teams to conduct GAP analyses in order to identify changes and improvement areas.</p><p>β–ͺ You will support the implementation of the Safer Gambling policies and procedures thorough robust and auditable processes (ie. WLA certification standards).</p><p>β–ͺ You will develop and implement marketing department processes.</p><p>β–ͺ You will lease with the main institutional stakeholder, guarantying the compliance of the commitments, and build up a trustworthy relationship.</p><p>β–ͺ You will collaborate with other internal department (e.g., sales, operations) and corporate teams, to pursue and integrated action.</p><p>β–ͺ You will lead and motivate the product marketing and digital marketing team.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Who you are: </strong></p><p><br></p><p>β–ͺ You have 5-7 year experience in the role.</p><p>β–ͺ You have master’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing.</p><p>β–ͺ You have excellent spoken and written English skills.</p><p>β–ͺ You have strong managerial skills, analytical mindset, and sales acumen.</p><p>β–ͺ You have full knowledge of Marketing and Communication techniques, understanding of branding, marketing, and digital marketing management.</p><p>β–ͺ You have experience in omnichannel environment.</p><p>β–ͺ You have good knowledge of gaming and sport betting sectors.</p><p>β–ͺ You have negotiation skills, charisma, and ability to work under pressure.</p><p>β–ͺ You are responsible and organized, respectful and respectable towards your team.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Work environment:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Our client is a growing company that actively creates opportunities for young people, with a strong focus on training.</li><li>International and multicultural environment</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>If you recognize yourself in this profile, please do not hesitate to contact us.
