Job Description
Report To: General Manager/Business Development Director
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and execute robust marketing plan including ATL, BTL & TTL activities in alignment with business objectives and covering all operations.
· Develop and manage all Static & Dynamic creative for Online & Offline media marketing. Guide/assist in-house Graphics designer or 3rd party innovative team in developing the visual content across all marketing venues, including but not limited to social media posts, sponsored/paid ads, TV commercials, billboard displays, other outdoor displays, and content for events.
· Plan, manage and execute social media campaigns, both daily organic posts & sponsored campaigns, right from devising strategies for tactical campaigns, content planning & creation, defining customer demography & target audiences funneling processes, social media ad bidding & booking, campaign performance tracking through KPI monitoring & SMM analytics, implementing campaign optimization methods.
· Manage social media channels like Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, Nabd, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube.
· Plan & Manage indoor & outdoor events management in line with the annual marketing plan.
· Create & manage the company website content for relevant brands, ensuring it is up-to-date.
· Create good PR in line with manufacturer expectations and best practices.
· Develop and manage all affinity partnerships and promotion opportunities.
· Prepare and analyze weekly analytics reports for all platforms and digital activity.
· Prepare and analyze monthly marketing activity and results.
· Ensure all showrooms, aftersales, and point-of-sale materials are compliant & Up-to-date with the CI-VI guidelines of the Manufacturer.
· Monitor all customer feedback and develop strategies to improve brand health
Skills
1. Requirement open for Arab nationals.
2. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
3. At least 5-7 years of marketing experience.
4. Min. 1-2 years of experience in the automotive industry preferred.
5. Strong organisational, decision-making, problem-solving, technical proficiency, and computer skills (MS Office Excel, Word).
6. Must have a valid Kuwait Driving License.
