We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic professional to join our marketing team as a Marketing Manager. You will be responsible for managing your own portfolio of conferences across the MENA region. This role is ideal for someone who’s looking to take the step-up to Marketing Manager in their career.

Responsibilities:

  • Creating a comprehensive marketing plan for each event, including timelines, budgets, and tactics to ensure maximum attendance and engagement from target audiences.
  • Coordinating event website build and updates with internal web team to ensure the website is up-to-date and optimized for conversions.
  • Working with in-house design team to create branding and assets that are consistent with the company’s visual identity and messaging.
  • Developing relevant content pieces to support marketing campaign and lead nurture activities.
  • Distributing content through websites, media partners, social media, and e-mail marketing to generate leads.
  • Signing media partners for events and coordinating with them to ensure effective promotion of the event.
  • Coordinating with supporting partners and sponsors of events to assist on promoting their participation.
  • Coordinating with PR agency to ensure effective coverage and media relations for each event.
  • Managing event marketing budget to ensure efficient use of resources and maximize ROI.
  • Finding viable paid media options to promote the event and reach target audiences.
  • Coming up with new and innovative ideas to promote events and increase attendance and engagement.
  • Onsite event support, including coordinating with photography/ videography team, media team, general support.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in events marketing or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and lead generation.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of the MENA market and events industry preferred.
