You will be responsible for the implementation of all digital marketing activities and growth agenda across MEA. This would entail following responsibilities:<br><ul><li>Building awareness for brand FlapKap: Achieving awareness amongst SME Ecommerce founders through social media, digital marketing campaigns, email campaigns, partnerships and PR; and industry events. </li><li>Owning FlapKap’s online presense, reputation and benchmarking against global peers</li><li>Leading the content production initiatives with inhouse team and external agencies/freelancers</li><li>Developing B2B campaigns that leverage Account Based Marketing tactics</li><li>Maintaining corporate website and client communication via email, in-app and whatsapp</li><li>Responsible for KPIs like reach, engagement, email metrics, lead generation metrics, paid campaigns.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Daily and Monthly Responsibilities:<br></strong><ul><li>Ensuring execution of FlapKap’s world class social strategy and communication via inhouse design team, agencies and partners</li><li>Lead generation and Marketing qualification via campaigns on instagram and linkedin</li><li>Email automation flows, reporting and engagement Work closely with the commercial team to understand the sales funnel and how marketing can support all stages of the funnel</li><li>Engaging existing clients through newsletters, blogs and eventsIndustry event – production and 360 marketing PR opportunities for building awareness and domain authority</li><li>Launching a FlapKap podcast and other social channels like TikTok, Youtube and Twitter</li><li>Monthly reporting for Key Metrics<br><br></li></ul><strong>Requirements<br><br></strong><strong>What do you need to have?<br></strong><ul><li>Minimum 5 years digital marketing experience; preferably in e-commerce, fintech, payments or in other parts of the digital economy at large</li><li>Experience with social platforms paid and earned is a must</li><li>Experience with email marketing is a must</li><li>Experience with Hubspot, Klaviyo, Google Analytics will be a big plus</li><li>Proven ability to plan and manage resources.
