<strong>Experience</strong>: 2+ years of hands-on experience in Graphic Designing<p><br></p><strong>Requirements:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).</li><li>Strong proficiency in graphic design software and tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Sketch, etc.).</li><li>A comprehensive portfolio showcasing creative and innovative graphic design work.</li><li>Proven experience in creating designs for various marketing channels, including social media, print, and digital.</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills with a keen attention to detail.</li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.</li><li>A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and bring fresh ideas to the table.</li><li>Knowledge of current design trends, best practices, and industry standards.</li><li>Proficiency in English (Reading, Writing, and Speaking) is essential.</li><li>A self-motivated and proactive individual who can work effectively both independently and as part of a team.<br></li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our products/services.</li><li>Create visually stunning and compelling graphic designs for marketing materials, including social media posts, banners, advertisements, email newsletters, brochures, and other collateral.</li><li>Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels.</li><li>Use graphic design software and tools to produce high-quality designs that align with the company’s brand guidelines.</li><li>Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design and marketing to bring innovative ideas and concepts to the team.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as copywriters, content creators, and photographers, to ensure effective implementation of marketing campaigns.</li><li>Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality work.</li><li>Conduct market research and analyze data to identify target audience preferences and trends, and incorporate findings into design concepts.</li><li>Provide support in the organization and coordination of marketing events and trade shows.</li><li>Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, and provide insights for continuous improvement.<br></li></ul>
