This hotel features 213 deluxe rooms and suites overlooking the scenic coastline, fully equipped fitness centre with kid’s and adult’s pools, choice for conference and meetings, also features two ballrooms, etc.<br><br>We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as <strong>Marketing Executive </strong>at Crowne Plaza Duqm<br><br>The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing and digital creative communication. Must be well-versed in the concepts surrounding digital marketing and how the Internet can become a strong asset for securing revenue growth. Must be Tech-savvy and intuitive with great ideas to reinforce the marketing campaigns.<br><br>A little taste of your day-to-day:<br><ul><li>Implement the social media strategy, coordinating with stakeholders across the hotel to ensure its effectiveness and encouraging adoption of relevant social media techniques into the corporate culture and into all of the hotel’s products and services. </li><li>Plan, implement and manage public relations strategies and activities </li><li>Research and gather opportunities for PR, sponsorships and collaborations for short-term and long-term revenue and exposure generation. </li><li>Plan and prospect yearly CSR and PR opportunities for Crowne Plaza Duqm, Rooms, C&E, and R&B. </li><li>Manage online presence with an emphasis on creating unique and engaging content for branded hotel website and third-party sites.</li><li>Create integrated online marketing campaigns, e.g. Search Engine Marketing, email campaigns, social media and display campaigns using tools such as Google Adwords, Google Trends, and others, to ensure that IHG.com is effectively advertised in all markets. </li><li>Work alongside internal stakeholders and approved digital agencies to create online advertisements to raise Crowne Plaza Duqm’s online profile and increase customer visits to and revenue on IHG.com from the market. </li><li>Ensure campaign budgets are used effectively and return a positive ROI. </li><li>Manage and maintain the customer e-mail database in order to ensure the correct targeting of company promotional e-mail communications. </li><li>Communicates all hotel promotions in a timely and professional manner to both, the Restaurant and Sales Department by establishing weekly meetings and is responsible for their recording and distribution. </li><li>Ensure accurate online content management covering IHG.com, mobile site, social media channels, OTA and various content distribution channels. </li><li>Manage and update content on in-room TV systems. </li><li>Continually look for ways to improve functionality and the customer journey within IHG.com, putting forward recommendations to the Sales and Marketing team and implementing any changes. </li><li>Ensuring best practice Search Engine Optimization (SEO) is undertaken with all content published online. </li><li>Ensure that website content for the relevant areas under responsibility is fully updated for all websites, whether company operated or external, responsible for and in line with the standards established for website content features. </li><li>Improve the marketing efficiency ratio, ROI and ROE, for all marketing activities, establish campaigns and measure success / failure. </li><li>Ongoing competitor reviews and checks in an effort to identify special offers and activities as well as means of marketing communications to ensure the hotel stays competitive in the local market </li><li>Produce weekly/monthly audit reports. </li><li>Consistently educates all Hotel colleagues (sales, marketing, revenue and F&B teams, including Hotel Manager), on the channel and digital marketing for buy-in so that competitive advantage is created</li><li>Protects and promotes brand image and reputation online and uses the brand proposition to differentiate, to promote awareness and improve relationships which will drive business</li><li>Is the custodian of the customer experience across the distribution channels ensuring the hotel and outlet value propositions and communication of them are consistent and effective throughout each channel, for all customer types.<br><br></li></ul>What We need from you:<br><ul><li>2 years in Marketing or 1 year in a Digital Role</li><li>Outstanding Arabic & English skills in written and verbal language </li><li>Adapt and skilled in using Excel (Essential)</li><li>Competent user of PowerPoint (Essential)</li><li>Has a strong interest in Web and Digital technology (Essential)</li><li>Strong analytical skills (Essential)</li><li>Good time management and prioritizing skills – able to work under pressure and to tight deadline (Essential)</li><li>Communicator with the ability to communicate at all levels (Essential)</li><li>Ability to simplify complex information for other to understand.</li><li>Honest, responsible and accountable.
