What you'll be doing

β€’ Additional tasks might be required, in reasonable alignment with the job role
β€’ Advertising and Promotional Activities:
β€’ Analyze campaign, best practices and new trends in local market and report to Marketing team Analysis and Reporting
β€’ Assist in building marketing plan / calendar for the different chains/brands/ markets in close cooperation with the Department Manager and the Brand's marketing departments
β€’ Assist the Store Manager in the development of the sales force animation program (staff training, incentives, data collection)
β€’ Be involved in all aspects of marketing and media from planning, advertising, promotions, public, media relations, product development and research
β€’ Build, maintain and update good database (CRM) through consolidate information from shop floors Carry out local market research, customer survey, assessing customer demands, brand positioning, monitor competitors' activities , and evaluating market campaigns
β€’ Channel all suppliers and customers information (animation / training / launch plan) to stores/shop managers, area, and Department/ Division Manager
β€’ Collect customer feedback to define acons that will interact new customers and returning customers more open
β€’ Communicate all required information about animation / visibility to the suppliers
β€’ Conduct monthly reports on customer insights, sales analysis, and traffic in store
β€’ Coordinate with advertising agencies and clients on media plans
β€’ Coordinate, organize and ensure implementation of the operational in-store con plan to increase customer acquisition, retention, satisfaction, cross sell & up sell sales and services

Customer Data Base

β€’ Define the media and PR plan by briefing the advertising agency
β€’ Ensure preserving the image of the brand at the POS by respecting its merchandising guidelines
β€’ Follow up closely on the plans' implementation, schedule and activities in all concerned markets
β€’ Handle live coverage on social media platforms
β€’ Handle the marketing plan forecast and the marketing plan orders
β€’ Handle translation of all the documents
β€’ Implement the in-store marketing animation plan/guidelines
β€’ Inform purchasing supervisor about marketing activities to ensure the availability of the stock me frame
β€’ Liaise with the different departments to build the layer
β€’ Manage and coordinate with concerned pares for the production of marketing materials being from leaflets, visuals, podiums, flyers, and preparing necessary photo shoots to pro reading press releases
β€’ Manage the various marketing budgets to organize corporate above the line and below the line
β€’ Promotional / advertising activities and corporate items purchase
β€’ Marketing and Promotional Plans
β€’ Meet and discuss with local suppliers for all marketing bookings and animations
β€’ Monitor Store KPI's
β€’ Monitor windows, podiums and any other promotional area ensuring promotional activities throughout the year, in coordination with the design department (3D)
β€’ Optimize service & in-store experience:
β€’ Organize, amend events, and exhibition.
β€’ Oversee the performance of the campaigns and promotions and report it to the Marketing team Participate in relevant projects and community activities as and when needed
