<p>Industry – Food and Beverage</p><p>Salary – Between 6,000-8,000aed</p><p><br></p><p>The Marketing Executive is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the restaurant and drive customer engagement. They work closely with the marketing team and other departments to create effective marketing campaigns, increase brand awareness, and attract new customers. The Marketing Executive should possess a strong understanding of the restaurant industry and have the ability to leverage various marketing channels to maximize the restaurant’s reach.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Identify target audiences, objectives and desired outcomes of marketing campaign</li><li>Research and develop marketing strategy, and evaluate success strategy</li><li>Develop content of marketing campaigns</li><li>Stay up-to-date on current marketing trends</li><li>Manage and allocate budget correctly</li><li>Assists in creating restaurant marketing campaigns.</li><li>Oversee all social media accounts as well as other publishing dashboards.</li><li>Assist in creating innovative content that attracts the attention of the target audience.</li><li>Manage regular posting schedule of event promotions as directed by the Marketing Manager.</li><li>Monitor and respond to comments and direct messages in a timely manner.</li><li>Manage social media engagement during events.</li><li>Researching new concepts and ideas.</li><li>Background with AI tools</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field</li><li>2 – 3 years of relevant experience</li><li>Strong analytical, communication, time-management and creativity skills</li><li>Strong ability to focus on customer/market and take initiative</li><li>Excellent knowledge of social media platforms.</li><li>Experience in Food and Beverage Industry</li><li>Must have at least 2 years’ experience in the UAE</li><li>Immediate Joiner</li><li>Mid-Senior Level</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Location: Motor City Dubai UAE</p><ul><li>Email:&nbsp;jannel@rockandup.com / humanresource@rockandup.com</li></ul>
