<p><span>Marketing Executive who is a media and public relation professional responsible for developing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating communications strategy in order to support the communication objectives and maximize positive exposure in local, national and international markets.</span></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ol><li>Plan, implement and manage public relations strategies&nbsp;</li><li>Organize and manage various Public Relations activities&nbsp;</li><li>Measure performance of each activity and event</li><li>Determine KPIs for PR</li><li>Measure and produce reports on PR KPIs and each PR campaign</li><li>use different channels to optimize campaign’s reach and success&nbsp;</li><li>Work with marketing team to ensure match with the corporate brand</li><li>Arrange and coordinate interviews</li><li>Research and gather opportunities for sponsorships</li><li>Build and maintain relationships with journalists, influencers, and politicians.</li><li><span>Stay up to date with PR and industry trends and best practices</span></li><li><span>Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution</span></li><li><span>Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis</span></li><li><span>Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups</span></li><li><span>Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies, and vendors</span></li><li><span>Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely</span></li><li><span>Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies</span></li><li><span>Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals</span></li><li><span>Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly</span></li></ol><p><br></p><p><strong>Skills &amp; competencies</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>3 years of experience with Social Media management&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills</li><li>Outstanding organizational and time management skills</li><li>Aptitude in presentation and public speaking</li><li>Attention to details</li><li>Critical thinker and analytical problem solver</li><li><span>Ability to multi-task and prioritize work schedules</span></li><li><span>Proficient in the use of computer applications and systems</span></li><li><span>Fluency in both verbal and written in English &amp; Arabic is essential. </span></li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in marketing or PR related field</li><li>5-7 years of relevant experience</li><li>Strong analytical, communication, time-management and creativity skills</li><li>Strong ability to focus on customer/market and take initiative Experience with social media</li></ul>
