<p><strong>Responsibilities and Duties: </strong></p><p><br></p><p>- Managing and overseeing the Marketing Department. </p><p>- Serving as the lead point of contact for all Marketing matters both internally and externally.</p><p>- Establish project scope, marketing plan, business strategy and budget based on account requirements.</p><p>- Manage execution of marketing projects in line with resources and budget objectives.</p><p>- Evaluating trends, assessing new data, and keeping up with the latest marketing techniques.</p><p>- Participate in all internal and external marketing meetings and attend relevant industry events, training workshops and trade-shows.</p><p>- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives and meet the departmental deadlines.</p><p>- Ensure that all aspects of the campaign align with the needs of the client or company.</p><p>- Collaborate with business development, sales, and marketing team to create a uniform message and provide required marketing material.</p><p>- Responsible for measuring the success of all marketing activities, promotions and campaigns, and producing performance reports for all key stakeholders</p><p>- Research competitors to stay current with similar products or services on the market.</p><p>- Define key messages and brand voice for external communications and collaborate with the team to create a uniform message.</p><p>- Overlooking photoshoot, video shoot and any production in collaboration with the creative team.</p><p>- Assisting clients by responding to questions in a timely and professional manner as well as troubleshooting design, staff, or process problems as they arise.</p><p>- Revise content and presentations, filter ideas, provide feedback to the team and monitor results of team efforts to propose actions for the future.</p><p>- Reviewing, overseeing, and filtering marketing materials before reaching external audience and following the status of such.</p><p>- Liaise and coordinate with Graphic Design Team and the Head of Design, ensuring the artwork are compliant with brand message, strategy and communication plan.</p><p>- Brainstorming details for projects and promotions and organizing events as a part of specific campaigns in collaboration to the designing team</p><p>- Plans meetings and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements; establishing contacts; developing schedules and assignments; coordinating mailing lists</p><p>- Participate in the hiring process, of new Marketing colleagues, train and supervise.</p><p>- Write compelling content for print, web, product packaging, advertising, and marketing materials </p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications and requirements:</strong></p><p><br></p><p>路 At least 2 years in real estate and/or Construction- Fit-out industry.</p><p>路 Bachelor in business development or similar.</p><p>路 Strong understanding of real estate, engineering and interior design industries.</p><p>路 Strong relationship-building and communication skills.</p><p>路 Flexibility and a professional approach.</p><p>路 Highest standard of accuracy and attention to detail.</p><p>路 Strong verbal and written communicator, Arabic and English.</p><p>路 Excellent presentation skills.</p><p><strong> </strong></p>
