Job Overview:
We’re looking to hire an enthusiastic and skilled individual for Marketing Executive Role in our organization. This role needs someone who’s a fast and critical thinker. The ideal candidate would come with an eye for detail and a passion for building detail execution plans.

Key Role Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Head of Marketing in the development, execution, analysis of Omni-channel marketing programs, strategies to increase market share, growth opportunities and drive elevated consumer experience.
- Maintain 360-degree communication with Culinary, Operations, Contact Center Teams for seamless execution and day-today operations.
- Evaluate and analyze brand performance to determine the effectiveness of marketing programs and analyze performance.
- Liaise with and maintain a healthy intimate relationship with creative and social media agencies.
- Manage brand and product merchandising on aggregator and own platforms.
- Assist Head of Marketing on photography and videography mood boards and shoot executions.
- Own day-to-day marketing operations – brand page management on aggregator platforms, media assets management, coordinating creatives and copy for aggregator ads, and third-party partners.
- Assist in evaluating market trends and brand-relevant topics to build Integrated Marketing Plans and Go-To-Market Strategies.
- Build research reports on food trends around the world.
- Build a strong database of third-party collaborators – creative, design, media, packaging design & print, photographers, videographers, and content creators
Best Candidate Requirements:
- Strong hold of marketing and marketing operations basics.
- Mature, honest, and professional written and verbal communication skills – English is a must; Arabic is a plus.
- Critically creative and independent thinker with strong attention to detail on execution.
- Strong presentation and time management skills
- Passionate about building strong narratives and executing them in detail to create a seamlessly consistent consumer experience.
- Ability to personify brand narratives and drive brand-relevant conversations.
- A flexible mindset and approach to work, the ability to remain calm under pressure and manage ambiguity with patience and professionalism.
- Passion for learning and exploring the marketing function as well as the cloud kitchen industry – a curious bend of mind is what we’re strongly focused on.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Proficiency in social media-native content creation is a plus.
Education and Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar marketing function in a brand. Experience in same industry is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Tools – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams etc.
