This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact and contribute to our continued success.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve business objectives, drive market share growth, and enhance brand visibility.</li><li>Lead the marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative work environment.</li><li>Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to identify new opportunities and refine marketing strategies.</li><li>Oversee the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email marketing, print, and events.</li><li>Collaborate with product management and sales teams to align marketing initiatives with product launches and sales objectives.</li><li>Monitor and analyze key marketing metrics, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.</li><li>Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing techniques, ensuring our company remains at the forefront of innovation.</li><li>Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to optimize marketing efforts and leverage additional resources.</li><li>Drive continuous improvement by identifying areas for optimization and implementing best practices in marketing operations.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).</li><li>Proven experience as a Marketing Director or similar leadership role, with a track record of successfully developing and implementing marketing strategies.</li><li>Deep understanding of marketing principles, market dynamics, and consumer behavior.</li><li>Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.</li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.</li><li>Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing, including social media, SEO, SEM, content marketing, and analytics.</li><li>Fluent English &amp; Arabic Speaking, Reading &amp; writing.</li></ul><p></p>
