<p>Marketing Director</p><p>We are seeking a Marketing Director to join our team, someone ready to immerse themselves in the evolutionary process of game development and take it to the next level.</p><p>We are creating a multiplayer third-person shooter for PC and consoles in a sci-fi setting, focusing on esports. The game is being developed on Unreal Engine 5. We aim to create an AAA-level product capable of bringing innovation to the gaming industry. Learn more about our project at https://farcana.com.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Development and implementation of the company’s marketing strategy aimed at increasing sales, expanding the customer base, and strengthening market position.</li><li>Planning and monitoring the marketing department’s budget.</li><li>Coordination of the departments within the marketing department: PR, advertising, social media, content marketing, analytics, partnerships, and design.</li><li>Development and management of the marketing team.</li><li>Establishing and maintaining relationships with partners, including media, esports organizations, agencies, etc.</li><li>Analysis of marketing campaign results and formulation of recommendations for optimization.</li><li>Participation in the development and launch of new company products and services.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Higher education in marketing, advertising, PR, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum five years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the gaming industry.</li><li>Successful experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies.</li><li>Knowledge of critical channels for promoting gaming products and understanding the specifics of the gaming market.</li><li>Ability to work with large amounts of information, analyze data, and uncover insights.</li><li>Experience in managing cross-functional teams.</li><li>Proficiency in English at a level not lower than Upper-Intermediate.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Working schedule: Remote work from Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 19:00.</p><p>Our game development studio is part of a group of companies at the forefront of innovative technologies, combining classical gaming with work in the Web3 sector.
