<p>Company Overview</p><p>Saudi equestrian events company is a Newly formed entity with the mandate of delivering Saudi’s major equestrian events, wholly owned by the Saudi Arabian Equestrian Federation (SAEF). Saudi Equestrian is at the dawn of a new era for the sport in the Kingdom with the ambition to attract the world’s leading riders and equestrian events to Saudi Arabia. SEEC has delivered more than 15 International showjumping competitions since it started in 2021.</p><p>Our company specializes in the planning and execution of equestrian events, including show jumping competitions, dressage shows, and more. We are a growing company with a strong reputation in the equestrian community.</p><p><br></p><p>Position Title: Marketing Director</p><p><br></p><p>Reports to : CEO</p><p><br></p><p>Location: Riyadh Saudi Arabia</p><p><br></p><p>Employment Type: Full-time</p><p><br></p><p>Summary:</p><p><br></p><p>The Marketing Director will be responsible for the overall marketing strategy, planning, and execution of all marketing initiatives for the company. This includes developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase revenue for our event planning and management services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in events marketing and a proven track record of success in growing businesses.</p><p><br></p><p>**Key Responsibilities:**</p><p><br></p><p>1. Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and drive business growth.</p><p>2. Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including but not limited to content marketing, social media, email marketing, PR, and event marketing.</p><p>3. Collaborate with the Business development team to develop and optimize lead generation strategies.</p><p>4. Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns to evaluate their success and identify areas for improvement.</p><p>5. Manage and maintain the company’s online presence, including updating the website and overseeing social media accounts.</p><p>6. Build and maintain relationships with key industry influencers, partners, and media outlets to further promote the company’s brand and services.</p><p>7. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create marketing materials and ensure a consistent brand image across all touchpoints.</p><p>8. Oversee the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to achieve marketing objectives.</p><p>9. Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and competitor activities to identify new marketing opportunities and potential threats.</p><p>10. Mentor and provide guidance to the marketing team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.</p><p><br></p><p>**Qualifications:**</p><p><br></p><p>1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.</p><p>2. At least 5 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on event marketingand promotion.</p><p>3. Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies for events or event-related businesses.</p><p>4. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, content marketing, and email marketing.</p><p>5. Excellent analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing campaigns.</p><p>6. Strong leadership and team management skills.</p><p>7. Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.</p><p>8. Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.</p><p>9. Proficient in marketing technology tools, including CRM systems, email marketingplatforms, and social media management tools.</p><p>10.
