Job Description

We are Li-Ning looking for the position: Marketing Director

Salary: $30000 a month

Contribute and develop eCommerce strategy, annual budget and business KPI

Work and collaborate closely with customer marketing (CRM), and develop and maintain portfolio strategy.

Lead and develop the partner market ecosystem in line with the company’s expansion goals.

Make recommendations to senior management on commercial opportunities with new partners and new regions based on actual analysis, trends and needs, and monitor and report on all partners digital work.

Ensure ongoing content optimization of the content throughout the lifecycle of all SKUs (on all platforms).

Oversee the entire e-commerce department, organizational structure and assignment of duties.

Leverage the digital space to build reach and reputation for your brand

Conduct electronic market research and identify new opportunities.

Provides business insight and analysis on a regular basis.

Monitor, analyze and report departmental KPIs.

Minimum requirements

5 years of working experience in a marketing role, preferably in international organizations and with an agency with a global clientele

Can demonstrate end-to-end manageability of campaigns and drive business results

Experience and skills in managing and implementing marketing campaigns for paid digital channels including Google Ads & Bing Ads for search and display as well as paid social media advertising (Paid Social )

With strong analytical training and the ability to evaluate programs and track results

Good communication and presentation skills, spoken and written

Passion for building a global brand in the education industry

Ability to work in a flexible, fast-paced business environment

• Fluency in both written and spoken English and an MBA degree would be appreciated
