Job Description

The Marketing Assistant will play a vital role in the coordination and implementation of the marketing & comms strategy for Henry Jacques in the Middle East, as well as support with the international marketing & comms coordination. A highly organized individual, she/he will work closely with the Marketing Manager and tackle the day-to-day admin work and support on planning and operations for all brand marketing activities, ranging from the organization of events and retail activations, coordination of CRM initiatives, roll-out of media campaigns, press requests, creative assets development, supervision of local photo/video shootings, to budget and supplier follow-up.

PROFILE

路      Minimum Bachelor鈥檚 degree in marketing, communications, events, hospitality or related field.

路      Prior work experience within a company structure is a must. Experience in the luxury goods sector is a plus.

路      Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, strong communication and interpersonal skills, proactive, collaborative, solution oriented.

路      Expert on MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.

路      Excellent written/verbal English and French skills. Arabic is a plus
