Our mission is to empower<p><br></p>individuals to achieve their goals and maximize their potential through<p><br></p>personalized mentoring relationships.<p><br></p>We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Co-founder<p><br></p>to join our team at MenteeGuru. As the Marketing Co-founder, you will<p><br></p>play a pivotal role in driving the marketing strategy and execution to<p><br></p>accelerate the growth and success of our platform. You will collaborate<p><br></p>closely with the founder to shape the brand identity, create compelling<p><br></p>marketing campaigns, and acquire a substantial user base.<p><br></p><strong>Tasks</strong><p><br></p>Develop Marketing Strategy:<p><br></p><ul><li>Collaborate with the founder to define the overall marketing strategy and objectives.</li><li>Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify target audiences, key messages, and positioning strategies.</li><li>Develop a comprehensive marketing plan that encompasses brand awareness, user acquisition, and retention strategies.<br></li></ul><p><br></p>Branding and Messaging:<p><br></p><ul><li>Work closely with the founder to define the brand identity, voice, and messaging that resonates with our target audience.</li><li>Ensure consistent brand representation across all marketing channels and materials.</li><li>Craft compelling and persuasive marketing messages that effectively communicate the value proposition of MenteeGuru.<br></li></ul><p><br></p>Digital Marketing and Advertising:<p><br></p><ul><li>Lead the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), and paid advertising.</li><li>Optimize campaigns to drive user acquisition, increase engagement, and maximize conversion rates.</li><li>Analyze campaign performance using data and analytics to make data-driven decisions and continuously improve marketing efforts.<br></li></ul><p><br></p>Content Strategy and Creation:<p><br></p><ul><li>Create a content strategy that aligns with the brand voice and engages the target audience.</li><li>Develop high-quality and engaging content, including blog posts, social media content, videos, and other forms of multimedia.</li><li>Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to curate and amplify user-generated content.<br></li></ul><p><br></p>Partnerships and Influencer Marketing:<p><br></p><ul><li>Identify strategic partnership opportunities with relevant organizations, influencers, and thought leaders.</li><li>Manage relationships with partners and influencers, leveraging their networks and expertise to increase brand visibility and reach.</li><li>Negotiate partnership agreements and monitor their effectiveness.<br></li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Requirements</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive user acquisition and growth in a startup or similar environment.</li><li>Extensive experience in digital marketing, including social media marketing, content marketing, SEO, and paid advertising.</li><li>Strong knowledge of market research, audience segmentation, and competitive analysis.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft persuasive marketing messages.</li><li>Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools and platforms to measure and optimize campaign performance.</li><li>Creative thinking with the ability to develop innovative and effective marketing initiatives.</li><li>Strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.</li><li>Passion for mentoring and personal development.<br></li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Benefits</strong><p><br></p>This position is unpaid, and compensation will be provided in the form<p><br></p>of equity in MenteeGuru. The specific equity terms and structure will be discussed and agreed upon with the selected candidate.
