<p>Start Business Advisory is hiring a marketing assistant to join our small team located in Business Bay Dubai., the role is office based and full time. We’re looking for someone to join immediately, so you will need to be in Dubai already.. Our market is within corporate services and business formation, so you do need to have some experience within that sector..</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>MAIN TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:</u></strong></p><p><br></p><p><span>● Assist in Conducting market research to identify customer trends, competitor offerings and demographic data.</span></p><p><span>● Liaise with the stakeholders to come up with creative marketing campaigns, branding ideas, graphic designs, promotional materials, and advertising copies.</span></p><p><span>● Liaise with external creative agencies and freelancers to develop and create above-the-line and below-the-line advertising materials, press releases, monthly and seasonal listings, PR Clippings, etc.</span></p><p><span>● Creating Key Visuals, brochures, photography, and videos including social media communication assets for various product campaigns and offers.</span></p><p><span>● Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through networking and prospecting.</span></p><p><span>● Assist the Marketing Manager in outbound and inbound marketing activities by displaying expertise in certain areas such as events planning, advertising, optimization, and content development.</span></p><p><span>● Collaborate with marketing and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts</span></p><p><span>● Assist in the planning and execution of marketing initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, e-mail, etc.)</span></p><p><span>● Assist in the management of all the internal processes of Marketing operations.</span></p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>MINIMUM REQUIREMENT:</u></strong></p><p><span>● A minimum of 2-5 years experience in a similar position and familiarity with Business Professional Services (business setup; company formation), Public Relations work.</span></p><p><span>● Proven experience managing social media accounts and websites.</span></p><p><span>● Proficiency with digital data analysis tools, preferably Google Analytics.</span></p><p><span>● Ability to design and compose marketing materials/publications and videos/reels</span></p><p><span>● Has an innovative mindset that enables them to create unique ideas for marketing campaigns and brand recognition.</span></p><p><span>● Proven experience as a marketing specialist or similar role.</span></p><p><span>● Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media etc.) and market research methods.</span></p><p><span>● Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools.</span></p><p><span>● Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite)</span></p><p><span>● Knowledge of HTML, CSS and web development tools (Word Press) desired.</span></p><p><span>● Well-organized and detail-oriented.</span></p><p><span>● Exceptional communication and writing skills.</span></p><p><span>● Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind.</span></p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Salary</u></strong></p><p>Starting salary of 7,000 AED per month</p><p>Health insurance</p><p>Residence visa</p>
