<strong><u>Job Purpose</u></strong><p><br></p>The marketing assistant will be responsible for coordinating relations among internal stake holders, communicating with suppliers, managing media partnerships, coordinate website content, among others.<p><br></p>The marketing assistant will also put forward ideas, develop new initiatives, take on new tasks as required by the marketing manager and apply their digital marketing experience.<p><br></p><strong><u>Key Accountabilties</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Coordinate partnerships internally alongside marketing managers and event marketing teams.</li><li>Keep track of media campaigns and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution of the campaigns. </li><li>Assist the marketing manager with the handling of social media platforms. </li><li>Prepare briefing for designer and website developer for changes and executions of campaigns </li><li>Handling of content for the website, upload content and update information into different areas of the website. Including the exhibitors directory </li><li>Coordinate and work closely with design and event marketing teams to create branding and advertising materials that are on brand and deliver them on time to partners </li><li>Work closely with content, sales, and event marketing teams to create and copywrite targeted partnership materials that carry the right messaging and tone of voice</li><li>Work closely with marketing manager to ensure all campaigns and actions implemented drive higher traffic to the website. </li><li>Track and analyse partnership marketing activities to ensure partnership marketing is delivering effective results </li><li>Ensuring our deliverables to partners are executed and that partners receive the relevant exposure outlined on contracts before, during and after the events </li><li>Manage communications to the database of PR and media contacts about the events we run and press opportunities </li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>Qualifications And Experience</u></strong><p><br></p>Have a relevant degree in marketing, communications, business, oil & gas/energy (preferred), marine engineering or be in a similar or relevant role and looking for more autonomy and responsibility and the chance to work in a high paced events role where you will be able to develop your industry knowledge alongside marketing planning, coordination, and negotiation skills.<p><br></p><strong>dmg events is an equal opportunity employer.
