<p><strong>Primary Objective/Purpose of Role</strong> </p><p>Assisting in organizing campaigns and developing marketing strategies. Support the work of marketing manager and executives on projects directed at maximizing company profits and developing sales strategies or marketing campaigns. Work closely with employees in other functions, such as advertising, market research, production, sales, and distribution. Responsible for taking on a variety of tasks that allow for the successful completion of planned marketing programs for 2XL Home and being ahead of planning and organization of the next upcoming activities. </p><p> </p><p><strong>Salary Dhs. 3,500 plus Other Benefits</strong></p><p><br></p><p> <strong>Roles &amp; Responsibility</strong></p><ul><li>Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities. </li><li>Conduct market research and analyse consumer rating reports/ questionnaires.</li><li>Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings etc.). </li><li>Update spreadsheets, databases and inventories with statistical, financial and non-financial information.</li><li>Assist in the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success.</li><li>Assisting with promotional activities.</li><li>Work closely with the in-store collateral development team to create pieces for displays on retail sales floors.</li><li>Providing administrative support to the marketing and sales team.</li><li>Preparing, formatting and editing a range of documents.</li><li>Understanding company product and brand.</li><li>Perform general office duties, updating social media accounts.</li><li>Organizing market research, analysing questionnaires and other forms of feedback.</li><li>Tracking the scheduled expenses.</li><li>Contacting and coordinating with the advertising agencies and vendors to plan and execute campaigns. The same with various suppliers and conducting comparison of quotations.</li><li>Perform special assignments as given by the Head of the Department.</li></ul><p> </p><p> <strong>Knowledge, Skill &amp; Competencies required</strong> </p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or Digital Marketing.</li><li>3+ years of working experience in Marketing Assistant in retail furniture industry.</li><li>Good understanding of office management and marketing principles.</li><li>Very Well-organized and ahead of things with a customer-oriented approach.</li><li>Competency in Microsoft applications including perfect understand of EXCEL, Word, and Outlook.</li><li>Excellent problem solving skills / Strong communication and organizational skills.</li></ul><p></p>
