<p>Responsibilities:</p><p> Develop a comprehensive understanding of our current clients’ needs and objectives.</p><p> Establish strong relationships with key decision makers at current and prospective clients.</p><p> Oversee client on-boarding process and ensure successful integration of services.</p><p> Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively respond to customer inquiries or requests for</p><p>assistance.</p><p> Identify new opportunities within existing accounts by cross selling products/services or up-</p><p>selling additional features.</p><p> Develop strategies to increase customer engagement, loyalty, and retention.</p><p> Analyze customer data to identify trends or opportunities for improvement.</p><p><br></p><p>Requirement:</p><p> marketing and event experience</p><p> BS/BA in Marketing or a related field of study</p><p> Excellent writing and communication skills</p><p> Knowledge of events, festivals, marketing concepts and theories.</p><p> Social media knowledge</p><p>Gender:</p><p>• Both Gender</p><p>Employment type:</p><p>• Full Time</p>
