We are growing! We are currently looking to hire a <strong>Marketing and Communications Associate </strong>(6-months contract) to work with us remotely from Lebanon!<p><br></p><em><strong>Depending on performance and impact, this contract is open for renewal after the fixed term and could potentially become a fixed position.</strong></em><p><br></p>If you want to gain experience working with premium and luxury brands, this position provides you with a first-row seat. The Marketing and Communications Associate reports to the Chief Marketing Officer, who is based in Dubai. You will aid in and oversee the digital marketing initiatives, working closely with the Content Manager, helping execute marketing strategies, and pushing content. We offer strategic solutions that impact performance and elevate the customer experience of some of the worldβs most iconic premium and luxury brands.<p><br></p><strong>What you will be doing:</strong><p><br></p><strong>1- Communication and Campaign Management:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Under the guidance of the Content Manager, the Marketing and Communications Associate is responsible for executing and tracking marketing strategies and activations across various digital channels. </li><li>Support the internal communication agenda with the Internal Communication Manager, keeping all employees informed and engaged by communicating through several internal channels, including Yammer, Teams, SharePoint, email bulletins, and regular newsletters</li><li>Assist in the creation of social media (posts and videos), circulars, mock-ups, emails, newsletters and other content campaigns (HubSpot Newsletters)</li><li>Assist in the distribution or delivery of marketing materials</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>2- Performance and Reporting</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Support in tracking, measuring, and reporting on digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels</li><li>Analyze data from paid digital campaigns related to platforms such as LinkedIn, Meta, Google, and others</li><li>Analyse website and media spend data, report, and suggest further improvements to the stakeholders. </li></ul><p><br></p><strong>3- CRM Marketing: HubSpot</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Use HubSpot as part of daily activity to centralize all our marketing activity and keep visibility on performance and lead generation</li><li>Manage the client database on HubSpot and maintain them with high attention to detail and effective data entry and maintenance</li><li>Suggest marketing automation via HubSpot and execute email marketing and drip campaigns. </li><li>Measure results and optimize lead nurturing workflows to convert leads into customers</li><li>Work to minimize list decay and unsubscribes while increasing the productivity of email sends</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>4- SEO:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Develop and implement effective SEO strategies: Collaborate with the team to formulate and execute SEO strategies that improve organic search rankings, increase website traffic, and enhance online visibility</li><li>Track and analyze SEO performance: Utilize analytics tools to monitor website performance, track keyword rankings, and identify areas for improvement. </li><li>Generate regular reports and provide actionable insights to optimize SEO campaigns and drive continuous growth in organic search traffic and conversions</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Requirements</strong><p><br></p><strong>What you will bring along:</strong><p><br></p>You bring to this position attention and accuracy for details that you support by:<p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, or a relevant field</li><li>3-5 years of relevant work experience</li><li>Problem solver</li><li>A fast learner, curious, driven to new things, and taking on challenges</li><li>An understanding of Social media and content creation</li><li>Eager to learn new platforms and Mar-Tech</li><li>Reliable and able to work remotely without any supervision and deliver on KPIs and on time</li><li>Strong communication skills</li><li>Advanced user of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel</li><li>Knowledge of HubSpot is a plus</li><li>Experience in SEO is a plus</li><li>An international mindset, sensitivity to cross-cultural differences, and enthusiasm to work with people from different cultures and parts of the world</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Key Competencies</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Ability to work under pressure and manage stress</li><li>Time management skills</li><li>Project management skills</li><li>Analytical thinking</li><li>Problem-solving</li><li>Interpersonal skills</li><li>Attention to details</li><li>Integrity</li><li>Reliability</li><li>Proactivity and Initiative</li><li>Team player</li></ul><p><br></p>If you have what we are looking for, please make sure to attach your updated resume with your contact details.
