A leading Saudi building material/ engineering solution is hiring a Marketing and Business Development specialist to cover the construction market clients of both governmental and private sectors with the following responsibilities,
1- Understanding and promoting the company’s products and services as assigned.
2- Strong experience in the Riyadh construction projects market with good contractors’ knowledge and network.
3- Generating new leads for our company in the targeted sector.
4- Understanding client requirements and project conditions in detail.
5- Coordinating with sales departments to generate sales opportunities.
6- Develop and maintain long-term business relations with the clients, decision-makers and their top management.
7- Providing market Survey, needs, potentials, analysis, and competitors.

- Strong Communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with a high level of focus on potential opportunities.
- Self-starter, motivated and collaborating with the backup office team.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English language.

- Valid & transferable iqama.
